Custom PC Tycoon Gamepasses
Roblox Premium, VIP, and the in-game Premium pass — three different boosts that stack in different ways.
Players search “Custom PC Tycoon Premium” and get three answers that sound the same. They are not. Roblox Premium is a platform subscription. VIP is a gamepass. Premium (the Fallen Worlds pass) is another gamepass with a bigger income claim and paint options. This page separates them so you do not buy the wrong one, and so you do not skip codes because you think a pass replaces free parts.
The live Roblox description still says Premium players get a 10% income boost. That line is the Roblox Premium subscription, not the 249 Robux shop pass. Community pass text on Rolimon’s and older wikis describes a separate Premium gamepass at about 249–250 Robux with 50% more Cash, Gold, Diamonds, and Sunstone, premium shop parts, a chat tag, and extra paint for PCs and the shed. VIP is listed around a 20% goods boost, a VIP case, a chat tag, and faster walkspeed. Multipliers on those shop passes are written as stacking with each other. Confirm prices in the live store; Robux tags move.
What you should buy first
Nothing. Redeem the Codes Hub and fill cheap podiums from getting started first. A 15-minute Cash Boost on eight empty pads is still zero. A 50% pass on one cheap PC is a rounding error. The make money guide and the income calculator exist so you can see that math before you open Robux.
If you already subscribe to Roblox Premium for other games, you already have the 10% line. You do not need to buy it again inside Custom PC Tycoon. If you do not subscribe, treat 10% as a later quality-of-life, not a day-one requirement.
Roblox Premium (10%)
This is the platform checkmark. It applies to the same 20-second tick your placed PCs already earn. It does not unlock NextGen. It does not paint a case. It does not give the SCI-FI X9. Pair it with a full podium row so the extra tenth is visible. Toggle it in the income calculator after you set pad counts.
VIP gamepass
VIP is the movement and identity pass. Faster walkspeed matters when you run the electronics store, the Advanced shop, and the basement elevator in one session. A VIP case is a shell, not a complete PC — you still fill motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, PSU, and cooling. The 20% goods line is useful once several pads pay. Buy VIP when you are tired of the walk, not when you are still learning controls.
Premium gamepass (shop, ~249 Robux)
The shop Premium pass is the expensive income lever. Community copy lists 50% more of every currency, access to premium-tagged parts, a VIP-style chat tag, and premium paint for PCs and the shed. Paint is not income. If you only want colors, read custom colors first: workbench tiers already unlock primary and secondary spray without Robux.
Premium-tagged shop parts sit beside normal Gold, Diamond, and Sunstone shelves. Rank them on the tier list after you can see the live stats. A locked shelf is not automatically S-tier. Some premium pieces are fashion. Some are the only way to finish a color-matched show row. Spend after Sunstone is in play if the part is priced in the top band.
What passes do not do
They do not redeem codes for you. They do not fill empty desks. They do not answer the Advanced store elevator question on basement. They do not make a script safe — the Scripts Hub still applies. They do not replace the Steampunk rack kit on server setups.
Inventory or walkspeed extras that appear in the live store as smaller passes should be judged the same way: do they save a real trip, or do they sit unused while four podiums stay empty?
A sane purchase order
- Free account, all active codes, complete PCs on every cheap podium.
- Roblox Premium if you already wanted it for the platform.
- VIP if the store run is eating your session.
- Shop Premium when you have desks or servers and you can name the part you will buy with the extra income.
- Recalculate on the progression checklist so a pass does not hide a skipped 1,000 Cash pad.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is the 10% Custom PC Tycoon boost the same as the Premium gamepass?
No. The description 10% is Roblox Premium. The shop Premium pass is a separate ~249 Robux item with a larger income claim and paint options.
Do VIP and Premium gamepasses stack?
Community pass text says currency multipliers stack with other gamepasses. Confirm on the live store card before you buy both.
Do I need a pass to use codes?
No. Codes redeem in Settings for every account. Start on the Codes Hub.
Does Premium paint replace workbench colors?
No. Workbench upgrades already unlock primary and secondary colors. The pass adds extra premium paints.
